These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tay99 online gaming platform. By registering an account or placing a wager on tay99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

All tay99 account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). tay99 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process transactions in any currency other than PHP.
tay99 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools to manage their gaming activity. Accessing these tools does not constitute a waiver of any other rights under these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of tay99 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, except where PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures apply.

By accessing the tay99 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies published by tay99 including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tay99 Platform and close your Account if one exists. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register a tay99 Account or place any Wager on the Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. tay99 will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process and may request government-issued identification at any time.
3.2 Geographic Restriction
The tay99 Platform is intended solely for residents of the Philippines who are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing the Platform. Accessing tay99 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted is done entirely at the Player's own risk and may result in Account suspension.
3.3 One Account Per Player
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) tay99 Account. Registering multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or using different personal details, is strictly prohibited. tay99 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any balances or winnings associated with them.
3.4 Registration Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly whenever a material change occurs. tay99 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated registration details provided by the Player.
3.5 KYC Verification
tay99 may require you to submit supporting documents including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine national ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's license, or other acceptable identification as part of ongoing KYC obligations. tay99 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or suspend Account activity pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
4.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tay99 login credentials including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. tay99 will never request your password through any channel. You must notify tay99 Support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
4.2 Liability for Account Activity
All activity conducted through your tay99 Account — including all Wagers placed and all transactions executed — is your sole responsibility. tay99 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or where you have disclosed your credentials to a third party.
4.3 Account Non-Transferability
Your tay99 Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access, use, or operate your Account, and you may not sell, transfer, or assign any rights in your Account or Wallet balance to another party. Any attempted transfer will be void and may result in permanent Account suspension.
4.4 Inactive Accounts
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. tay99 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Players will be notified in advance of any such charges being applied.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tay99 currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels listed on the Platform's Cashier page. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time without notice. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
5.2 Deposit Responsibility
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are lawfully registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited. tay99 may verify ownership of payment instruments at any time as part of its KYC procedures.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya — 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or where additional verification is required.
5.4 Currency
All deposits, Wallet balances, Wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). tay99 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion for any transaction.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering
tay99 is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all applicable PAGCOR anti-money laundering directives. tay99 may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time and may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
6.1 Placement of Bets
All Wagers are placed in real time through the tay99 Platform. A Wager is confirmed and binding at the moment the Platform records its acceptance. tay99 is not responsible for Wagers not placed due to technical failures on the Player's device, browser, or internet connection.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers
Each game or betting market on tay99 has its own minimum and maximum Wager limits, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting screen. tay99 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Void Bets
tay99 reserves the right to void any Wager in the following circumstances: where a game or event result was determined by clear error; where a Wager was placed using a software error, pricing error, or manifest mistake; where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or fraud; or where tay99 determines in its reasonable judgment that a Wager violates these Terms.
6.4 Game Results
Game results for all tay99 casino and slot titles are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing agencies. tay99 makes no representation regarding the outcome of any game or Wager. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
6.5 Betting Disputes
Any dispute regarding a Wager outcome must be raised with tay99 Support within fourteen (14) calendar days of the relevant game or event result. tay99's decision on any betting dispute, made after review of all relevant records, shall be final and binding.
tay99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs ("Promotions") to eligible Players. Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game restrictions. Promotion-specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.
Bonuses are issued for recreational use only. tay99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to: placing opposing Wagers to guarantee a risk-free outcome (bonus hedging), using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other players to exploit a Promotion — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent Account suspension.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the tay99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the tay99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, sound effects, animations, and database compilations — is the property of tay99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international copyright conventions.
Your use of the tay99 Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, perform, license, sublicense, or sell any tay99 content without the prior written consent of tay99.
tay99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tay99 expressly excludes all warranties, conditions, and representations — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
tay99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including: loss of winnings due to technical failures; losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account through your own negligence; or losses arising from service interruptions, third-party network failures, or force majeure events.
In no event shall tay99's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tay99 Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱5,000, whichever is lower.
11.1 Suspension by tay99
tay99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where tay99 reasonably determines that: you have breached these Terms; your Account activity suggests fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct; your Account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory investigation, or PAGCOR directive; or your continued use poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Forfeiture of Funds
Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, tay99 reserves the right to forfeit all Wallet balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds in the suspended Account. This right shall not limit tay99's ability to seek further legal remedies.
11.3 Voluntary Closure
You may request to close your tay99 Account at any time by contacting Support. Before closure, all pending Wagers will be settled and all valid Wallet balances will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Account closure will not affect any obligations already incurred under these Terms.

These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the tay99 Platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved amicably through tay99 Support shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Metro Manila, Philippines. Where PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures apply to a matter, those procedures shall be followed before any court action is initiated.
Nothing in this clause limits the rights of either party to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
tay99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a PAGCOR directive or applicable law.
Continued use of the tay99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendments take effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
